Trish Moratto is a communications consultant specializing in marketing and public relations. Over the last 15 years she has overseen a diverse portfolio of accounts at public relations and advertising agencies. As an independent consultant she works with clients to raise the visibility of their brand or product. Moratto has traveled through more than 40 countries and has promoted clients to international, domestic and hyper-local audiences. She partners with other professional consultants, as needed, to help clients reach their goals. Impressions Strategic Consulting helps clients achieve their objectives, which is typically driving sales while conserving budget.
Moratto has run political campaigns, thrown a launch event in Times Square and pitched media to garner coverage in print, radio, television, web and social media. Her early experience working in newsrooms has helped Moratto successfully tell clients’ stories in ways that engage the right press at the right time.
A few career highlights include overseeing the public relations for the opening of a $40 million dollar hotel expansion, launching a new type of produce to the food media and planning a flash mob dance demonstration in a Thailand shopping mall. She has run awareness campaigns for multiple government agencies and executed public outreach projects resulting in mass behavioral changes.
Moratto holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications and Journalism, with an emphasis in public relations and minor in communications from California State University, Fresno. She is a co-founder and chapter leader for the Sacramento Freelancers Union, and has served on the Board of Directors for Sacramento Habitat for Humanity and the Marketing and Public Relations Committee for the Sacramento Area Commerce and Trade Organization. When she isn't working she enjoys spending time outdoors, cooking, practicing yoga and traveling abroad.
